    Hi. We have a strange issue with Lync Voice. We have a site that we first deployed that has Common Area Phones (Contacts in AD). We are allowed to add each of those as team call members. On all the latest sites we have deployed, we cannot add the new sites Common Area Phones to the Team Call group. Any ideas? The OK button is greyed out.. I was told this is by design, but i am able to add all of the ones from the first site we deployed..

      Hi,
      What kind of phone are you using ? Is there any difference between the phone used as CAP on your first site and the new one ?
      I have seen this type of issue on some Qualified Phone even if they are not declared as CAP.
